Your Right to Cancel – EU Consumer Protection for Online Orders

As a customer within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. At PSE – Powersports Engineering, we fully comply with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and Swedish consumer protection laws. This means you can shop online with confidence, knowing you are entitled to cancel your order, return the product, and receive a refund—no questions asked.

This policy outlines your withdrawal rights, the steps to initiate a return, and any applicable conditions.

1. Right of Withdrawal Period

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or someone on your behalf, physically receives the goods.

If you have ordered multiple products delivered separately, the 14-day period begins once the final item has been delivered.

2. How to Exercise Your Right

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to cancel your purchase before the 14-day period expires.

You may use the standard withdrawal form provided by the Swedish Consumer Agency (Konsumentverket), but this is not required.

We recommend including the following information:

• Order number

• Your full name and contact details

• The items you wish to return

• Date of delivery

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a full refund:

• The product must be returned in unused condition, in original packaging if possible.

• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrectly delivered.

• You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine their nature and function.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will issue a refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. Refunds are processed within 14 days, but we may delay the refund until we have received the goods or proof of return.

Original shipping fees are refunded when the entire order is returned. If only part of the order is returned, shipping costs may not be reimbursed.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom-made or personalized products

• Sealed items that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, once unsealed

• Services that have already been fully performed with your consent

If a product is excluded from the withdrawal right, this will be clearly stated on the product page before purchase.
