Payment Information
We currently offer two payment methods depending on your customer type:
WooCommerce Payments (Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
For standard online purchases, we use WooCommerce Payments. This service supports a wide range of secure payment options including Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
All transactions are processed over encrypted connections and comply with industry-standard security protocols (PCI-DSS). Payment is charged immediately upon order confirmation. No card details are stored on our servers.
Orders paid via WooCommerce Payments are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, unless otherwise specified in the product description.
If your payment is declined or flagged for review, you will be contacted by our team for clarification.
B2B Customers (Bank Transfer / Invoice – BACS)
Registered B2B accounts have access to invoice-based payment via bank transfer (BACS). This payment method is only available to verified dealers and wholesale customers with approved credit terms.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an invoice by email with full payment instructions, including:
- Bank name
- IBAN
- BIC/SWIFT
- Invoice number
- Due date
- Reference information (to be used when submitting the transfer)
Payment terms are generally Net 10 unless otherwise agreed in writing. Orders are processed upon confirmation of payment unless credit terms are already in place.
Please ensure your payment includes the correct invoice number as reference. Failure to do so may delay order processing.
