Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on powersportsengineering.com.
1) Processing times
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Our warehouse operates Monday–Friday during standard business hours (excluding Swedish public holidays).
Same-day dispatch may be available for some orders placed before 10:00 (CET/CEST) on weekdays, but it is not guaranteed and depends on stock availability and operational constraints.
2) Shipping methods and carriers
We use established shipping partners depending on destination, weight, and service level. Available options are shown at checkout. Tracking is provided where available and is sent by email once the order is dispatched.
We may change or upgrade the selected shipping method if it does not worsen the estimated delivery time.
3) Estimated delivery times
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, local conditions, or force majeure.
- EU countries: typically 3–8 business days
- Non-EU countries: typically 6–12 business days, depending on customs clearance
4) Shipping costs and free shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service level. We may offer free shipping promotions (for example, orders over a certain value within the EU). If available, this will be shown at checkout and/or on the Website.
5) Customs and duties (outside the EU/EEA/UK)
Orders shipped outside the EU/EEA/UK may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs processing fees charged by local authorities. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the recipient. We do not under-declare values or mark shipments as "gift".
If you refuse to pay duties/taxes and the shipment is returned to us, we may deduct the actual outbound and return shipping costs and reasonable handling costs from any refund. Outbound shipping is not refunded in this scenario.
6) Delivery issues
If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, contact us promptly and also check with household members/neighbours and the carrier. Carrier investigations are time-sensitive, so delays in reporting can reduce what we can do.
7) Damage in transit
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, document it immediately (photos of parcel and contents) and contact returns@powersportsengineering.com. Keep all packaging until the case is resolved.
8) Incorrect address and uncollected shipments
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address. If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, non-collection, or refusal, we may deduct the actual shipping cost (outbound and return) and reasonable handling costs from any refund.
