Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made on powersportsengineering.com.

1) Who this applies to

If you are a consumer (private individual) in the EU/EEA or the UK, you normally have a legal right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days. Business-to-business (B2B) purchases are handled separately and are generally not covered by the consumer right of withdrawal.

2) 14-day right of withdrawal (EU/EEA/UK consumers)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you (or a person on your behalf) receive the goods, without giving any reason. If your order is delivered in multiple shipments, the 14-day period starts when you receive the last item.

Important: If we fail to provide required information about the right of withdrawal, the withdrawal period may be extended under applicable law.

3) How to start a return (withdrawal)

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the 14-day period expires. Email us at returns@powersportsengineering.com with:

• Order number
• Your full name and contact details
• Which item(s) you want to return
• Date you received the order

We will reply with return instructions. Do not ship returns without contacting us first, as returns may be delayed or refused if they cannot be identified.

4) Return conditions

To be eligible for a full refund, returned items must be:

• Unused and in resalable condition
• Complete with all included parts/accessories
• In original packaging where reasonably possible

You are responsible for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

5) Return shipping costs

If you return an order due to withdrawal (change of mind), you pay the return shipping cost. If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly supplied by us, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs after review and approval.

6) Refunds

If you withdraw, we refund the purchase price (and standard outbound shipping if the entire order is returned) using the same payment method you used, unless we agree otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you provide proof that the goods have been sent back.

Refunds are normally processed within 14 days from the date we receive the return (or proof of return), subject to inspection.

7) Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, return the original item (subject to the conditions above) and place a new order.

8) Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at returns@powersportsengineering.com as soon as possible and include clear photos of:

• The item
• The damage or issue
• The packaging (including shipping label)

We will advise whether the item should be returned, replaced, or refunded.

9) Uncollected / refused shipments and incorrect addresses

If a shipment is returned to us due to non-collection, refusal, or an incorrect/incomplete address provided by the customer, we may deduct the actual shipping cost (outbound and return) and reasonable handling costs from any refund.

10) Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain purchases under applicable law, including (where relevant):

• Custom-made or clearly personalized products
• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
• Services fully performed with your prior express consent (where applicable)

If an item is excluded from the right of withdrawal, this will be clearly stated on the product page before purchase.
