These products are covered by a 3-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, applicable to the original purchaser.

Warranty & Limited Liability – Kintorque Neutrino Lights

Kintorque Neutrino Lights are covered by a limited warranty period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase, valid only upon presentation of a valid purchase receipt or invoice.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use.

Scope of Warranty

If a defect covered by this warranty is confirmed, Powersports Engineering AB (PSE) will, at its sole discretion:

• Repair the product

• Replace the product with an equivalent model

• Refund the purchase price (excluding shipping and installation costs)

The warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

IP Rating Clarification

Kintorque Neutrino Lights are tested to IP69 standards.

This rating refers to resistance against high-pressure, high-temperature water jets under controlled test conditions.

IP69 does NOT mean the product is waterproof, submersible, or designed for continuous or prolonged exposure to water.

Use cases such as, but not limited to:

• Submersion in water

• Immersion in lakes, rivers, mud, or snow

• Storage or operation under standing water

are explicitly excluded from warranty coverage.

Exclusions – What This Warranty Does NOT Cover

This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:

• Impact damage, collisions, rollovers, or crashes

• Contact with trees, rocks, terrain, or foreign objects

• Improper installation, incorrect wiring, or use without recommended protection

• Use outside the product’s intended application

• Water ingress caused by submersion or prolonged exposure

• Normal wear and tear

• Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

• Modifications, disassembly, or unauthorized repairs

• Use of non-approved accessories or power sources

• Negligence, misuse, abuse, or reckless operation

Products used in competition, extreme off-road riding, or similar high-stress environments are considered to be operated under severe conditions, which significantly increases wear and risk of damage. Such damage is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Assessment and Burden of Proof

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and evaluation by PSE.

If inspection shows that the failure was caused by any excluded condition listed above, the claim will be denied.

Shipping costs related to denied warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable EU law:

PSE shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Loss of use

• Loss of income

• Vehicle damage

• Personal injury

Liability is strictly limited to the original purchase price of the product.

Statutory Rights

This warranty does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws. Where mandatory consumer rights apply, those rights shall prevail.

Avoid using solvents or abrasive materials on anodized surfaces. These can lead to fading or discoloration, which is not covered under warranty.

To keep your Neutrino LED lens in optimal condition, clean it gently using a soft cloth and avoid solvents such as acetone, benzene, or chloroform, as these can damage the lens surface. Refrain from using abrasive scrubbing tools to prevent cracking or clouding.

Additionally, avoid directing a hose pipe or pressure washer straight onto the lights. High-pressure water can lead to water ingress and may compromise the performance or longevity of the lights.
