Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will issue a refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. Refunds are processed within 14 days, but we may delay the refund until we have received the goods or proof of return.
Original shipping fees are refunded when the entire order is returned. If only part of the order is returned, shipping costs may not be reimbursed.
